Spice Mobiles today announced the launch of its two new devices in India – Spice Stellar Virtuoso Mi-495 which is a 4.5 inch smartphone running on Android 4.0 ICS and Spice Stellar Pad Mi-1010.
Spice Stellar Virtuoso Mi-495
Stellar Virtuoso Mi-495 comes with a 4.5 inch capacitive touch screen with the resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1 GHz dual core processor. The Stellar Virtuoso runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and features an 8 MP camera with Flash and a front-facing 1.3 MP camera for video calls. The Virtuoso is pegged to be the thinnest smartphone from any Indian mobile phone manufacturer featuring 9.4 mm profile.
Internal storage capacity is not yet known but its external memory can be expanded upto 32 GB via microSD card. This smartphone is powered by 1700 mAh battery, promising a talktime of 6 hours and standby time of 200 hours. To attract users and speed up sale, Spice is giving away a leather cover and a screen guard free with the phone.
Spice Stellar Pad Mi-1010
Spice Stellar Pad is a 10.1-inch tablet which is a full HD tablet with an IPS display and arrives with wide viewing angle. The Stellar Pad is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor coupled with a quad-core GPU which seems to provide a great gaming experience. The Stellar Pad arrives with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box. The device is powered by a whooping 7600 mAh battery which claims 6 hours of video playing and 15 days standby time. The tablet comes with 16 GB of internal memory.
The Stellar Virtuoso will cost around Rs.10,499 and the Stellar Tab is priced at Rs.12,999.
