ZTE has launched a new smartphone in China, dubbed as ZTE Small Fresh 5. The smartphone is a successor of last year’s Small Fresh 4.
The smartphone features a unibody metal design with antenna bands running on the top and bottom of the rear panel.
It comes with a 5-inch HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz and paired with 3GB/4GB of RAM.
As for the internal storage, there is 16GB storage on the 3GB RAM model, while the 4GB RAM model has 32GB of storage. It can also be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
The highlight of the ZTE Small Fresh 5 is the dual camera at back. it packs a set of 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor for DSLR-like effect. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera for video calling and selfies.
The phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system, along with MiFavor UI on top. It is powered by a 2500 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS.
The ZTE Small Fresh 5 is currently exclusive to China. It is available in five colors — Dark Night Gray, Elegant Gold, Glacier Blue, and Green.
As of the pricing, the 3GB RAM version costs CNY 999 ($146), while 4GB RAM model is priced at CNY 1,399 ($204).
